Product Introduction
ZnGeP2ZGP single crystal is an efficient nonlinear optical material used for frequency conversion to generate mid infrared and terahertz waves. ZnGeP2Crystals have positive birefringence and can perform phase matched optical parametric frequency conversion in the wavelength range of 0.75um-12.0um. Its useful transmission range is from 2.1 to 10.6 micrometers, with a range as low as 0.04 cm-1Absorption. ZnGeP2Has a large nonlinear optical coefficient and a relatively high laser damage threshold. ZnGeP2Crystals have the following applications:Up conversion of CO through mixing with 1.06mm2Laser light to near-infrared range;: HeLaser radiation generated by CO and CO2; Efficient frequency doublingCO,CO2Pulsed laser (49% frequency doubling)Efficiency 1GW/cm2Light intensity,2ns pulse width,9.52mm wavelength)Under the excitation of erbium laser and holmium laserUsed for the mid infrared bandOPO laser generation.
